These terms apply to your use of SEOExercises at seoexercises.com and its related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Cloudex Marketing ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or join the waitlist. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@seoexercises.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Free and paid plans

Some features are free. Others need a paid plan, such as Pro monthly, Pro annual, Team or hiring credits. Each plan's features and price are shown on our pricing page when you buy.

Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms also apply to your purchase.

• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Price changes: we'll tell you before a price change applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds: see our refund policy.
• Team plans: the account owner manages seats and is responsible for payment.
• Hiring credits: credits don't expire while the Service operates. Each credit is used when a candidate starts a test.

4. Tests, scores and certificates

Scores, skill levels and certificates show how you performed on our exercises and tests. They are not a guarantee of employment, of results on a real website, or a professional qualification.

You must complete scored tests and certificate exams yourself, without help from other people or outside tools unless a test allows them. We may cancel a score or certificate obtained by cheating, and we may log test activity, such as switching tabs, to protect the fairness of tests.

When an employer sends you a hiring test, your results are shared with that employer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell or republish our exercises, tests or answers;
• share your account, or let others use your paid access;
• scrape, crawl or download the Service in bulk, except as allowed by our robots.txt;
• try to break, overload or get around the Service's security or paywall;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.

6. Our content

The Service, including its lessons, exercises, tests, software, design, name and the Crawly character, belongs to Cloudex Marketing or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for learning while your account is active.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as answers, audit write-ups or portfolio entries. You give us permission to store, process and display it to run the Service. If you choose to make a portfolio public, others can view it.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we'll explain why first.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is for education and practice. It is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but search engines change often and we can't promise that every lesson is complete, current or free of errors. Results on real websites depend on many factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Transfer of the Service

We may transfer these terms and your account to another company, for example if the Service or Cloudex Marketing is sold, merged or reorganized. These terms will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and we'll tell you by email or in the Service before important changes apply. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloudex Marketing is registered. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
