Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle processes every refund.

| Pro annual | Full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked |
| Pro monthly | Cancel any time to stop future payments. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months. |
| Team | Start with the 14-day free trial. After you pay, cancel any time to stop future renewals. |
| Hiring credits | Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits can't be refunded. |
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net to find your order.
- Or email us at support@seoexercises.com with the email address you used to buy.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer laws where you live.
